El producto llegó en buen estado y es tal y como se describe. Ahora viene la queja, soy de México y el inicio de mi guía por cainiao super economy era MMXQP... el servicio de entrega lo lleva una empresa privada llamada quality post y el rastreo se hace por mail Américas. Hace como 2 semanas mi paquete apareció como entregado y abrí una disputa porque no había recibido mi paquete, llamé a Quality Post y me dijeron que, en efecto ya lo habían entregado y que lo único que me quedaba era reclamar al vendedor, es curioso todo esto porque mandé correos, llamadas, mensajes y a nada de la denuncia al servicio de mensajería de mi país. Hoy recién recibí el producto! así que cuidado con Quality Post, no están siendo honestos con las entregas de paquetes. Por parte del vendedor todo bien, realmente lamento haberlo hecho pasar un mal rato
