Exactly as described. I ordered the one in a box so it would have a bit more protection while traveling to my country. The store packaging was very sturdy so it arrived in very good condition and very fast also, I guess something like within 2 weeks to the Netherlands. In these times amazing quick. There is an English little manual with it, but I would have liked a bit more information about how to use it. I found it on the internet, but that took me a while. I already used it a few times and I notice that it makes my body so relaxed. What the results will be in the long time I will have to see. I intent to use it twice a day for 30 minutes, with nose appliance too.
