Пришло все целое, инструкции на русском нет, есть на английском, в принципе и без инструкции все интуитивно понятно. Один режим очень не понравился, даже на минимальном уровне бьет по шее прилично, особенно когда низкая частота. Сразу переключаю на другой режим. Шею перед применением увлажняю мокрым полотенцем, так как посуху неприятно щиплет.
